ZAFFRAN RICE MILLS
The new plant is equipped with high-tech production facility. Zaffran Rice Mill is set up with the latest technology used in Europe. We have high-tech processing equipment and control system that is responsible for maintenance of quality. This system and our dedicated teams of quality and control managers work hard to bring the premium quality rice to our customers.

HI-TECH INFRASTRUCTURE
Our Rice Mill has a hi-tech, sensitive and efficient processing plant which confirms excellence at every stage. They mill the paddy while maintaining the highest hygienic conditions. Also, during the process of milling, main thrust is on protecting the nutritional value of the grains. Any work of art is good as the expertise and infrastructure provided for its crafting. We have an excellent infrastructure for procurement, production, and quality of Rice.
COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION & TESTING
Comprehensive inspection & testing precede purchase of paddy lots. Random samples are drawn from paddy and tests are performed after processing in mini mill to confirm yield, grain length, field admixture and cooking characteristics. Every lot has to meet stringent quality parameters before selection for processing.
Our laboratories are well equipped for quality management of samples, incoming materials, in process materials and outgoing materials.
PROFESSIONAL TEAM
From selection of seeds to monitoring harvest and crop everything is done very professionally so that we can procure the right produce at the right price.
Our professional team procure the paddy from the farmers, also visit to field when paddy crop and ensure that the process of correct producing the paddy which help us the best quality of rice starts from the fields. Once the paddy grains are harvested, they are analyzed by the Quality Experts. The systematic examination, checking and rechecking of paddy and rice to determine the pure, finest and premium quality of Rice
